GRAILED: On-Location - Salone del Mobile Milano
For this series I was asked to go during Salone del Mobile, Milano.
During this time the city is bustling with people fascinated by design in its broadest form. All the areas around Brera, Piazza San Fedele and many more in the center and outside of Milan are flooded with people who want to see the next revelation or an already established icon in design ranging from furniture to cars to kitchen design.
Since the design event is an internationally renowned celebration of shape and form I expected I’d pick out a variation of international and domestic individuals to portray, but for some reason most of these people turned out to be from Italy. Or my senses where Italianized caused by the Milanese air or they just have a way to dress the part.
Take a look at what this city had to offer in the daytime and of course finishing this trip with a visit during twilight at famous Bar Basso to sip a Negroni Sbagliato.
Salute!
